At last....a sunny day!!!!!

Today was actually fairly pretty. It started out great, only a little on the chilly side. It did warm up to about 65, but then came the rain....again. Buhhhhh!!!!

Anyway, we made the best of it and managed to get outside to enjoy our morning. Here are a few pics from our day.

These two are just behind our house. Izzy is playing with her new shovel and rake that her Oma bought for her. She had so much fun in the "gocks" (rocks).



Can't get her to look at the camera for anything these days...



This one is take from behind our house and looking back towards our house (it is the white one in the middle). There is a farm there and some small roads that go through the farm. A lot of people walk, run, or ride bikes there. It is very pretty.






Izzy had to stop and smell the flowers....or shall we say, "weeds."





Then, we found one that was really deformed. It looked like 4 flowers with one huge stem. Strange...



All of the fields here are just covered up with these pesky things. Granny would just have a fit...



And well, this is a little backwards from what I wanted. The barn should be blurry and the dandelion focused, but you get what you get with a point and shoot. Try carrying a bigger camera around with an almost-two year old terrorist on the loose!



Then, this is a "Feldkreuz" (field cross). Most of the fields here have one of these. It is a blessing for the fields and good weather.

This one says: "Look oh God with pleasure over this land, which we are walking through."
