We made it!!!

It's been a while since I posted. Lots of things of things have been going on in our world. We stayed at Martin's parents for 2 weeks after we arrived. Our container was almost a week late. Big surprise. LOL! We are finally in our own house now though!!! Oh, and it feels so good!!!! You can't imagine what it is like to not have your own home for a little over a month unless you have lived it. We still have lots of unpacking to do. There are lots of things we have to buy...furniture, etc. We will get there slowly but surely.

Izzy had a blast staying with her Oma and Opa for the first couple of weeks. They live on a farm and she loved, loved, loved being able to go outside to see all the animals. She began asking to go "sides" from the time she woke up the the morning until the time she had to go to bed. Needless to say, there were some tantrums when it was time to go indoors.

Our weather is great here right now. It is in the low 60's, but the sun is shining. Flowers are blooming and all of the trees are showing the new leaves. I would prefer it to be a little warmer, but this sure beats the snow flurries that we had on the day we arrived. Imagine that...upper 70's in Atlanta when we left and snowing here when we arrived. :o)

I have lots of pictures to post in the near future, but for now I better get back to unpacking and cleaning while Izzy Bug is taking a nap.
